All forum users,

Our goal is to have these forums be a place where Loop4Live users can work together to solve problems, as well as share musical ideas and inspiration. We ask that everyone follow these simple guidelines:

Treat Each Other With Respect.

Keep disagreements and debates respectful and constructive. If you wouldn’t say it in person around people you don't necessarily know, then don’t post it to the Loop4Live forum.

Trolling, spamming, flaming, bullying, personal attacks, and “gang-up” threads are not welcome on these forums. If you’ve said your piece, don’t keep posting it in the hope of reaching a new audience.

Please note that religion and politics are out of the scope of conversation of this forum, the forums are provided for music related discussions.

When entering a thread, please pay attention to what the conversation is about, and stick to the topic at hand. Please do not reply to threads with arbitrary or random pictures, links, etc; replies must be constructive to the discussion. Feel free to start a discussion for a new topic if you can’t find it after searching through previous posts.

Keep It Legal.

Every forum member is responsible for his/her own postings in terms of illegal or copyrighted content, according to German law. Please don’t post warez/cracks, or share music that you don’t have the rights to distribute.

No sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise obscene material.

Support.

The forums are not provided as an official Loop4Live support outlet. If you are experiencing problems, bugs, or otherwise need Loop4Live’s direct support, please contact: support@loop4live.com

Users are encouraged to help each other with technical issues and problems when possible.

Moderation.

Any posts or threads not adhering to the guidelines above will moved, locked, or deleted immediately at the forum moderators discretion. Users who continue to disobey the guidelines will be warned privately, if they persist posting inappropriately they will be banned. All bans are permanent.

Once a user has been banned, please respect that s/he is gone and don’t mention him/her. It’s unfair to post questions or criticize someone who cannot answer.

In Other Words.

Be nice to each other, criticize constructively, and keep this forum a spirited place for discussion and debate about music related topics.

Hey everyone,

Please follow these instructions before posting to be sure you are up to date (new release could resolve some issues) :

- Make sure you're using the latest version of Live available to you.
- Make sure you're using the latest version of Loop4Live remote scripts (and plugins if involved) : the latest release can be found at https://www.loop4live.com/downloads/.
- Provide some details about your computer system, audio interface, what version of Live you are using, what OS, etc.

It can be frustrating wanting to help and feeling like you are not even given the most basic info, but at the same time please remember what seems obvious to you, might not be obvious to someone troubleshooting an issue for the first time.

It doesn't help anyone to repeatedly reply to these threads saying "you didn't give any info so I'm not going to help you! ". This just drives away new people looking for help, which is one of the main purposes of these forums. If you truly want to help, then be helpful and let that user know what kind of info to provide so they know going forward. If you are too annoyed to do that, then just don't reply instead.

Likewise when people come here just to rant and rave all angry that they are having an issue, let the mods handle that. Let our mods manage the forum and any unnecessary outbursts, that's their job so you don't have to deal with it.

Lastly, if you're looking for official Loop4Live Tech Support, your best bet is to contact us at support@loop4live.com

Thanks everyone.
